We are absolutely over the moon to announce that we will be re-opening as of the 8th July.

We have been working extremely hard to understand and make sure we comply with the extensive government guidelines regarding the hositality industry.

Our team are undergoing extensive week-long training and we have made changes to modify our venue in order to keep our guests and staff safe.

On your next visit you will notice that:

You will be asked to sanitise your hands upon arrival

Our layout has been adjusted to allow for social distancing

Several hand sanitising stations are located throughout the venue

No paper menus or drinks lists, all menus will be viewable electronically with dedicated QR codes

All employees have been trained in the correct frequency and method for correct handwashing

Communal surfaces, door handles, toilet areas will be sanitised every 15 minutes

Card payments only will be accepted

The number of staff on shift at any one time has been reduced in size to allow for physical distancing in the workplace

Contact details (email address and telephone number) for each group host will be taken at the time of booking and stored securely on our specialist software

We have put several other measures in place to safeguard our staff and customers:

Wellness checks will be completed daily for all staff members and anyone displaying pre-symptoms of Covid-19 will be excluded from the workplace

Shift patterns allow for staff to travel to Becketts outside of peak hours on public transport

Enhanced cleaning regimes have been implemented

Risk assessments have been carried out and documented and can be viewed upon request
