For a light starter that’s jam packed full of flavour he has chosen a Heritage tomato salad with goats cheese and tempura asparagus. It is a fresh, zesty and light dish that’s ideal for the spring season.
Crispy pork belly, sweet potato and apple compression, rhubarb ketchup and fresh apple, charred gem sounds absolutely amazing, right? Well, it tastes even better.
For a dish that is bursting with colour and flavour, opt for the tantalisingly good Spring trifle to share, with poached Rhubarb, spiced sponge, homemade custard and sweets of nostalgia. This is one dish you’ll want to make room for after a main course, and a perfect way to end a delicious three course meal.
